Weave Mage

Every major faith numbers sorcerers and wizards among its fervent followers. While some wizards ally themselves with churches close to their own beliefs out of caution and convenience, others are devout representatives of their faith and willingly subordinate their own causes to those of their patron deity, becoming arcane devotees.

Class Requirements: Int, Wis, and Cha must be 16 or greater; Must worship Mystra; May NOT multiclass
Class Skills: (3 + Int modifier per lvl, x 4 at 1st lvl)
Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Gather Information (Cha), Knowledge (all ten) (Int), Profession (Wis), Scry (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), and Use Magic Device (Cha)
Skills Points at 1st Level: (3 + Int modifier) x 4
Skills Points at Each Additional Level: 3 + Int modifier

Class Features
Weapon Proficiencies: Staff, Long Sword, Short Sword, Rapier, Dagger
Armor Proficiency: Leather or hides only; will not affect somatic requirements
Bonus Languages: A Weave Mage may substitute Draconic for one of the bonus languages available to the character because of her race

Spells
A Weave Mage casts arcane and divine spells empowered by the energy of the Weave. The Weave Mage need not prepare spells ahead of time, however, they must focus and attune with the Weave at least one hour per day. Beginning at 5th level, they gain the ability to commune with Mystra through the Weave. This contact allows them to draw upon divine spells from the goddess. Only those of extreme ability will ever make it to a power level capable of casting the highest divine spells.

Bonus Feats: Must be chosen from Spell or Magic type categories.
Divine Shroud: Once per day, an arcane devotee may surround themselves with a glowing divine power that grants spell resistance equal to 12 + the character casting level. This is done as a free action and lasts 5 rounds plus the arcane devotee’s Cha modifier.
